Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : For example, a man realizes during his prayer that there is impurity on his garment... should he remove his garment? He might remove the shemagh, for instance... and remain in his trousers, even though this is something people would disapprove of.

The Shaykh : Yes, that is right. If he realizes during the prayer that there is impurity on his shirt, it is obligatory for him to remove it and continue his prayer. It is not permissible to break the prayer because it is an obligatory duty. Absolutely, he should not say, "What a scholar this man is!" If they knew the reason, they would not disapprove. Yes, what is it? Yes, that is right.
