Commentary on Tafsir al-Jalalayn: (( Except he who snatches a snatch )) is a verbal noun meaning: the single instance, and the exception is from the pronoun "they hear"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Allah the Exalted said
Except one who snatches [some words] by theft إلا من خطف الخطفة
[As-Saffat 37:10]
" is a verbal noun meaning the single instance, and the exception is from the pronoun 'they hear,' meaning that no one hears except the Shaytan who heard the word from the angels and took it quickly, so a blazing fire follows him, a bright star, piercing, that pierces it, or burns it, or maims it" When He said "they do not hear," and this negation was general, meaning that no one of these Shayatin hears up to the highest assembly, He excepted the rebellious Shayatin who snatch a snatch. And for this reason He said
Except one who snatches [some words] by theft إلا من خطف الخطفة
[As-Saffat 37:10]
meaning taking something quickly; a snatch is a verbal noun indicating singularity, or not? Meaning except a Shaytan who snatches a snatch. So this one is safe, but if he snatches a snatch, does he escape? Allah the Exalted said
but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness]. فأتبعه شهاب ثاقب
[As-Saffat 37:10]
So here He excepted from the negation of their hearing up to the sky the one who snatches a snatch, so he hears. But does he escape until he reaches the earth? No. He said "so a piercing blazing fire follows him," meaning a bright, piercing star, meaning penetrating, that penetrates into it and pierces it, or burns it, or maims it, so it is pierced, or burned, or maimed. All right, and perhaps he escapes from this blazing fire if Allah Mighty and Majestic wills, and he reaches the fortune-teller and inspires him with what he heard. Then the fortune-teller lies with many lies along with what he heard, a hundred lies or more or less. Then the fortune-teller tells the people what will happen, and when it occurs, he claims that he knows the unseen and makes this an advertisement for himself.
And for this reason, the fortune-tellers among the Arabs in the pre-Islamic age of ignorance were highly respected, and people would go to them for judgment, because when they informed about such matters of knowledge of the unseen and what they informed about came to pass, they gained great status among the people. So the Shayatin became three categories:
A category that cannot hear at all.
And another category that can hear by way of snatching, and the blazing fire burns it.
And a third category that hears by way of snatching and escapes. All of this is by the permission and will of Allah Mighty and Majestic, in accordance with His wisdom
Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness]. إلا من خطف الخطفة فأتبعه شهاب ثاقب
[As-Saffat 37:10]
And all these verses are in explaining the greatness of the sky, and that the sky is preserved and guarded, and no one can reach it. Then He said, Mighty and Majestic:
