Those who bring in servants from the disbelievers: Is this considered loyalty to them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Those who bring in servants from the disbelievers, is this considered loyalty to them or not?

The Shaykh : It appears that one must look into this. If the intention is to use them and subjugate them, then it is subjugation of them. But if the intention is to benefit them, meaning to do them good, then there is no doubt that this is loyalty, because it is considered supporting them. Indeed, the money that comes out of our pockets for these disbelievers is subject to taxes for their disbelieving states, so the states benefit from it and thereby use it to counter the Muslims. The matter is actually serious, but most Muslims today do not look at these matters with this perspective; they only want to pursue their worldly affairs. However, if they were to think about where this money goes, and also, you do not bring in a disbeliever except that you deprive a Muslim of a job in place of the disbeliever. Bring a Muslim, even if the Muslim is less productive than the disbeliever, but he benefits him and is more beneficial to the Muslim family behind him who is eager to find a livelihood. But we ask Allah to guide our brothers so that we see these matters.
