Commentary on Tafsir al-Jalalayn: “Whoever does an evil deed will not be recompensed except the like of it, and whoever does a good deed, male or female, while he is a believer, then those will enter Paradise”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Then those will enter Paradise فأولئك يدخلون الجنة
He said: “With the yaa dammah and the khaa fathah, and the reverse” What is the reverse? It is *yadkhulun*, so it is permissible to say *yadkhulun* meaning Allah will cause them to enter, and it is permissible to say *yadkhulun* meaning they enter by themselves, but by Allah’s permission. It is well known that the people of Paradise do not enter Paradise except after intercession, after the intercession of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) in opening the gate of Paradise, because they arrive at it and its gate is closed, so they ask for someone to intercede for them with Allah (Mighty and Majestic) to open the gate for them, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intercedes alone to have the gate opened for them, and it is opened.
being given provision therein without account. يرزقون فيها بغير حساب
[Ghafir 40:40]
*Yurzaqun*: Provision means giving, and from this is His saying, the Exalted:
And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide for them [something] out of the estate وإذا حضر القسمة أولي القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه
[An-Nisa 4:8]
meaning give them, so the meaning of *yurzaqun* is that they are given.
And His saying: “
without reckoning بغير حساب
meaning without any liability”
means they are not reckoned for it, nor do they pay a price for it. In this world, you do not possess provision except with a price, but in the Hereafter, you are given provision without a price, and without any liability for which you are reckoned, because the price was paid in advance, as a forward sale, paying the price and delaying the delivery of the item. Here, the price is paid in advance; the price was in this world when they obeyed Allah, so this was the compensation. Thus, the people have surrendered in this sale and paid its price in advance. For this reason, he said:
being given provision therein without account. يرزقون فيها بغير حساب
[Ghafir 40:40]
