Continuation of the benefits of His saying, the Exalted: ((... That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing)).

They include two attributes, namely might and knowledge. Here we ask: Is there in "the Almighty" what is called a ruling or an effect? The answer is yes, based on the fact that part of its meaning is the might of subjugation, and the one who subjugates must have something subjugated in order for the subjugation to be complete. On this basis, belief in these two names includes three matters: first, belief in the name as a name for Allah; second, belief in the attribute; and third, belief in the effect, or if you wish, say: belief in the ruling.
