What is the ruling on performing Hajj with a group that does not spend the night at Muzdalifah?

The questioner : The group is affiliated with the Ministry of Awqaf. Their affiliation with the Ministry of Awqaf means they do not sleep or spend the night at Muzdalifah. If they do not spend the night at Muzdalifah, as per their affiliation with the Ministry of Awqaf, is the Hajj invalid in this case?

The Shaykh : These people must either perform Hajj as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed it, or they must not perform Hajj.
