If one stands in prayer during the first part of Laylat al-Qadr, does that count as having spent the entire night in prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right, standing in prayer for the Hour or an hour and a half, this is after the 'Isha' prayer, after the obligatory 'Isha' prayer. Does this count as spending the entire night in prayer if a person does this and fasts on Laylat al-Qadr? Does it count as having spent the entire night of Laylat al-Qadr in prayer?

The Shaykh : Yes; because standing in prayer is standing in prayer, and although the last part of the night is better than the middle, and the middle is better than the first part, all of this is standing in prayer during the night. A person may see Laylat al-Qadr on a night; it is not necessary for it to be in the last part of the night. It is absolutely not necessary.
The student : ... .

The Shaykh: And upon you peace.
