A word about the Night of Decree and its virtue.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : ... the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Righteous, and upon his family and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
As for what follows: This is the meeting that takes place in the Sacred Mosque during the last ten nights of Ramadan every year. It is this night, the twenty-third night of Ramadan, which is one of the nights in which it is hoped that the Night of Decree may be. The Night of Decree is in the last ten nights of Ramadan, and it is more likely in their odd-numbered nights, and it is most likely on the twenty-seventh night.
But Allah the Exalted concealed it from the servants for two great benefits:
The first benefit: To test the servants in the sincerity of their seeking and the lack of sincerity in their seeking.
As for the one who is sincere in his seeking, he must strive to obtain what he seeks, and that is by coinciding with the Night of Decree.
And as for the one who is not sincere in his seeking, he will find it burdensome to stand in prayer every night of the ten for the sake of one night, so he will be lazy. This is part of the wisdom of Allah Mighty and Majestic.
As for the second benefit: It is so that the deeds of the servants may increase. If the Night of Decree were a specific night, people would strive in it and then stop striving, and they would not obtain the reward and recompense that is obtained by standing in prayer for the ten nights.
The Night of Decree is distinguished by cosmic matters and legal matters.
As for the cosmic matters, Allah Glorified and Exalted is He described it as a blessed night, so He said:
Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night إنا أنزلناه في ليلة مباركة
[Ad-Dukhan 44:3]
. And of its blessing is the increase of faith that occurs in the heart, and the expansion and tranquility that occurs in the chest, and the love of good, and supplication and its response, and action and its reward. All of this is from the blessing of the Night of Decree.
And among the cosmic characteristics also.
-Do not use the miswak, my brother-
