Is the one who enters Makkah in a state of ihram, then leaves and returns, still in his ihram?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I and my son performed Hajj, and we entered the state of ihram from Ta'if. We entered Makkah for the midday prayer and stayed there until the sunset prayer. Then my son forced me to return to Ta'if and spend the night there. That happened, and we spent that night in Ta'if. Then we returned to Makkah the next morning without entering a new state of ihram, but we relied on our first ihram. We entered the Makkah sanctuary that same day, performed the arrival circumambulation, and walked between al-Safa and al-Marwah. Then we spent that night in Makkah. Then we went to Mina and stayed there for two days and one night. We traveled on the second night. Before leaving, we took a full ritual bath and combed our heads, but we did not change our clothes, specifically my black robe, knowing that it was black. I completed my Hajj like the rest of the Muslims. What is the ruling in Islam regarding what I heard about entering Makkah without ihram and relying on the first ihram on the day that passed, and regarding what we did in Mina of bathing, combing, and being in ihram with the black robe?

Answer: There is nothing upon you two, and praise be to Allah. Your first ihram remains and is valid. Your going out to Ta'if, had you left it, would have been what is recommended, because there was no need for it, but nothing results from it; because you went out before completing your Hajj while you were in your ihram, so that does not harm you. Your circumambulation and walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah when you returned to Makkah, then your going out to Mina, then your completing the rituals of Hajj, there is nothing wrong with any of it.
As for the combing, if it involved cutting hair, this is a matter of consideration. If you were ignorant, there is nothing upon you two. But if you knew that cutting hair is not permissible and you cut the hair intentionally when combing, then one of three things is upon you two:
1- Either fasting for three days for each of you.
2- Or feeding six poor people, half a sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) of dates, rice, or other staple food of the country for each poor person.
3- Or slaughtering a sheep for each of you that is acceptable as the 'Id sacrifice.
This is if you were intentional and knew that it is not permissible. But if the cutting of hair when combing was due to ignorance or forgetfulness, there is nothing upon you two, as mentioned before.
Likewise, if it was just combing without cutting hair, there is nothing wrong with it. And the black robe is not a problem for the man or the woman, but it is obligatory that the man's dress be in its proper state, and the woman's dress be in its proper state, so that one does not imitate the other. Thus, the dress of men is in its proper state, and the dress of women is in its proper state.
