Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the method of entering the state of ihram from Makkah? What does the person in ihram say when making the intention? And does he do what is done when entering ihram from the miqat?

Answer:
Answer: It is not permissible to enter the state of ihram from Makkah except for the ihram of Hajj. One enters ihram for Hajj from Makkah, including the people of Makkah themselves. As for the ihram for 'Umrah, it must be from al-Hil, outside the boundaries of the Haram, from al-Tan'im, or from al-Ja'ranah, or from al-Hudaybiyyah.
