Ruling on one who is unable to stone the pillars before the sunset of the thirteenth day

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: If one of the pilgrims is unable to stone the pillars on the thirteenth day, which is the last of the days of Tashriq, except after sunset, is that sufficient for him?

Answer: When the sun sets, there is no more stoning on the thirteenth day. If he remains in Mina until the thirteenth day arrives, he must stone the pillars. If the sun sets and he has not stoned, he owes a sacrificial animal; because the stoning ends with the sunset of the thirteenth day.
