What is the ruling on delaying the stoning of the pillars due to the crowd?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If I delay the stoning of the pillars because of the crowd until the last day of the days of Tashreeq, and then I stone the pillars, is that sufficient for me, or is a sacrificial animal required?

Answer:
It is sufficient, if Allah wills; because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the shepherds to delay some of the days due to the hardship of coming to them. So the crowd today is greater than the hardship of the shepherds. The large number of people today and the heavy crowd constitute a great hardship. So the cause for which a dispensation was granted to the shepherds is present. If you delay until the last day, there is no harm. But you must maintain the order: you stone on the day of the festival in order, then the eleventh day, then the twelfth, then the thirteenth—if you delay until the thirteenth—in order.
And it is better, if it is facilitated, not to delay anything. You stone the Jamrat al-Aqabah on its day, then the eleventh likewise, then the thirteenth likewise, and then you hasten if you wish. This is the Sunnah (recommended practice) with the ability to do so.
And if you delay until you stone after sunset, there is no harm. If it was difficult for you on the day of the festival—if stoning was difficult for you on the day of the festival—and you stone after the sun sets on the day of the festival for the day of the festival, there is no harm. And likewise, if you stone after the sun sets on the eleventh for the eleventh day, there is no harm. And likewise, if you stone on the twelfth day after sunset for the stoning of the twelfth; because it was not facilitated for you to stone after the sun passed its zenith; there is no harm according to the correct view; because there is no clear evidence for ending the stoning with the setting of the sun. As for the last day, it ends with the setting of the sun. The night of the thirteenth is not from the days of slaughter and sacrifice, nor from the days of stoning. The days of stoning end with the setting of the sun on the day of the thirteenth.
