It is permissible for one who has families to leave Muzdalifah before Fajr

Question: If we have many families with us, may we leave Muzdalifah before Fajr?

Answer: For the one who has families, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed and granted a dispensation to depart from Muzdalifah in the last part of the night, before Fajr, in the latter half of the night, to Mina, so that he may stone the pillars before the crowd, then whoever wishes to remain in Mina may remain in Mina, and whoever goes to Makkah for the circumambulation, there is nothing wrong with it, as mentioned in the answer to the question before this one.
