What is the time for descending from Muzdalifah to Mina, and is it obligatory to leave Muzdalifah for the stoning?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The Shaykh : And peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

The questioner : The honorable Shaykh, a pilgrim left Muzdalifah after midnight with his family, but he did not head to the stoning area to throw the pebbles at the large pillar. Instead, he went to the camp and did not throw the pebbles at the large pillar until after the morning prayer.
Is it obligatory for one who leaves Muzdalifah to head to the stoning area?

The Shaykh : First, the recommended practice is to remain in Muzdalifah until one prays the Fajr prayer and it becomes very light, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did. But whoever fears the crowd of people at the stoning of the large pillar, let him leave at the end of the night and throw the pebbles.
And the fact that he leaves at the end of the night and does not throw the pebbles is undoubtedly contrary to the Sunnah in two respects:
The first respect is that he left before praying the Fajr prayer, and the second respect is that he delayed the stoning until he prayed, until the sun had risen.
And the person who moves forward for the sake of stoning is commanded to move forward in the stoning.

The questioner : Does he have to do anything for this?

The Shaykh : He does not have to do anything.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good
