Question: His Eminence the Shaykh / Abdulaziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz (may Allah preserve him).
Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, and after that:
By the will of Allah the Exalted, I intend to perform Hajj this year, and I wish to inquire about some matters of Hajj that I am ignorant of. I ask Allah, then you, Your Eminence, to illuminate the path for us, and you will have the reward and recompense for that, if Allah wills. These matters are:
I have a family with me, and some of them are advanced in age. Is it permissible for us to walk from Muzdalifah to Mina after 2:00 AM, and then throw the pebbles at the Jamarat al-Aqabah, and then descend to Makkah? And is it permissible for us to arrive at the Haram before the Fajr prayer in the Haram?

Answer: And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, and after that:
If the situation is as you mentioned in the first question, there is no harm in hastening in the second half of the night of the Day of Sacrifice, and there is no harm in your throwing the pebbles at the Jamarat al-Aqabah and then heading to Makkah.
