Answer:
It is permissible to sell watches and rings made of gold and silver to both men and women, but a man must not wear a gold watch, a gold ring, or one gilded with gold, and the same applies to a silver watch; that is only for women.
As for a silver ring, it is permissible for both men and women. As for pens made of gold and silver, it is not permissible for either men or women to use them, because they are not adornment; rather, they are more like vessels of gold and silver, and vessels of gold and silver are forbidden for everyone. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 2067g. It is agreed upon that it is authentic.
And his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Ibn Majah 3413Sahih (Darussalam). It was narrated by Imam Muslim in his Sahih.

The one who drinks from a silver vessel is swallowing Hell-fire into his belly.
الذي يشرب في إناء الذهب والفضة، إنما يجرجر في بطنه نار جهنمIncluded with vessels are spoons, cups for tea and coffee, and the like.
