Answer: You must leave that behind and repent to Allah for what has come before, and now that you have learned, praise be to Allah.
As for the past, we hope that Allah will forgive it, as He (Exalted and Majestic is He) said in His great Book:

So whoever has received an admonition from his Lord and desists may have what is past, and his affair rests with Allah

فَمَن جَاءهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ فَانتَهَىَ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللّهِ

[al-Baqarah:275]. So whoever is admonished and clarified, and then stops and repents, then what has passed is forgiven.
The result is that you are excused for what has passed due to ignorance. We ask Allah to forgive what has passed from you. As for the future, leave it and do not return to riba (usury or interest). Allah says:

but do not cooperate in sin and aggression

[al-Ma'idah:2].
So you must leave the job that involves assisting in sin and transgression, and seek a sound job that does not involve assisting in sin and transgression.
