Allah the Exalted said:[Adh-Dhariyat 51:50].
And from Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:Sahih Muslim 2965 Narrated by Muslim.
And from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim ".
The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
The author said -may Allah have mercy on him- in the book *Riyad al-Salihin*: "The chapter on the recommendation of seclusion when people are corrupt, people change and times are corrupt, and fear of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) and the like":
Know that the best is the believer who mixes with people and is patient with their harm, better than the believer who does not mix with people and is not patient with their harm. But sometimes things occur where seclusion is better than mixing with people. Among these is when a person fears fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) for himself: for example, if he is in a country where he is demanded to deviate from his religion, or called to bid'ah (religious innovation), or he sees much fisq (open sinfulness) there, or he fears for himself from major sins or the like. Here, seclusion is better for him. For this reason, a person is commanded to migrate from a land of shirk (associating partners with Allah) to a land of Islam, and from a land of fisq (open sinfulness) to a land of righteousness. Likewise, when people and times change. For this reason, it is authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:Sahih al-Bukhari 3300: This is the division: seclusion is better if there is evil in mixing, otherwise the default is [mixing].
Allah the Exalted said:
So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner.
ففروا إلى الله إني لكم منه نذير مبينAnd from Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:
Allah loves the servant who is God-conscious and is free from want and is hidden (from the view of people).
إن الله يحب العبد التقي الغني الخفيAnd from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
A man said: Who is the best of people, O Messenger of Allah? He said: A believer who strives with his self and his wealth in the cause of Allah. He said: Then who? He said: Then a man who secludes himself in a valley among the valleys, worshipping his Lord -and in a narration- fearing Allah and leaving people from his evil
