Ruling on opening a store to sell Western men's clothing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it permissible to open a store to sell Western men's clothing, which is frequented by a large proportion of young men who wish to travel to lands of immorality and prostitution?

Answer:
If it is what Muslims wear, even if it is manufactured abroad, if it is Muslim clothing, even if it is made in London or in America, that is fine. But if it involves imitating the disbelievers; no.
Q: Trousers and shirts?
The Shaykh: The point is, if it is the dress of the disbelievers and not the dress of Muslims, it is not permissible. Do not assist them in falsehood. Allah, Exalted and Majestic, says:
And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
[Al-Ma'idah: 2] We ask Allah for well-being.
Q: If it is shared between Muslims and disbelievers?
The Shaykh: If it is shared, it is like the car; it is not specific to the disbelievers. The airplane is also shared, and there is nothing wrong with it. Airplanes are not specific to the disbelievers, and cars are not exclusive to the disbelievers.
