I am submitting this inquiry, asking that my sister breastfed my maternal uncle’s daughter twice, once in the morning and once at night, and my maternal uncle gave me his daughter with his consent. So my question is: is this girl permissible for me to marry? And thank you. Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.
And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, after that:
Answer: If the situation is as described, then the girl mentioned is not prohibited by the two breastfeedings mentioned; because the breastfeeding that establishes a prohibition must be five breastfeedings or more, while the child is within the first two years. May Allah guide them all.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
