The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions:
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) transmitted, in the context of the hadiths in the chapter on the hadiths of the Dajjal and the signs of the Hour, among others:
"From Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:Riyad as-Salihin 1836 Agreed upon.
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him), he said:Riyad as-Salihin 1837 Narrated by al-Bukhari.
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Riyad as-Salihin 1838 Narrated by al-Bukhari.
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him): كنتم خير أمة أخرجت للناس قال : خير الناس للناس يأتون بهم في السلاسل في أعناقهم حتى يدخلوا في الإسلام You are the best nation brought forth for mankind. He said: The best of people for people. They are brought in chains around their necks until they enter Islam..
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:Riyad as-Salihin 1840 Both were narrated by al-Bukhari.
Its meaning is: They are captured and bound, then they submit to Islam, and they enter Paradise".
The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
These hadiths are among the miscellaneous and scattered narrations, and much of them has been mentioned to us previously:
So these are four hadiths from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say:: The two blasts mean the blowing of the Trumpet. The Trumpet is entrusted to an angel from the angels named Israfil. This Trumpet is blown for the first time, and people are terrified by its terror and intensity, then they are struck down: they all die, as Allah the Exalted said: [An-Naml 27:87], and He the Exalted said: [Az-Zumar 39:68]: So the first blast brings about the scattering and the striking down, meaning death and destruction. And the second blast: in it is the rising, [Az-Zumar 39:68]: rising from their graves, looking to see what has happened. And that is because Allah the Exalted sends down rain upon them before that, a thick rain like the semen of men, then they grow in their graves as the vegetation of a flood grows: meaning a seed grows in the earth and emerges and appears; they are like that, they grow. Then the Trumpet is blown the second time, and from this Trumpet every soul in the world comes out by the permission of Allah, and every soul goes to its body which it inhabited in the world, not missing it.
Glory be to Allah!! A world that no one can count except Allah. Their souls come out from this Trumpet, every soul going to its body which it inhabited in the world, not missing it.
: meaning he does not know, Sahih Muslim 2955a: meaning he does not know, Sahih Muslim 2955a: meaning I do not know. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , so we say as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, and Allah knows best.
The important thing is that this is the blowing of the Trumpet, then people stand for the Day of Reckoning. People stand for the Lord of the worlds, and He reckons them. He reckons each one by his sin, and His reckoning (Mighty and Majestic) revolves between mercy and justice. There is no injustice, because reckoning is either injustice or justice or mercy. The reckoning of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) revolves between justice and mercy. Allah the Exalted said:[Ya-Sin 36:54].
As for the second hadith: it is the hadith of the Bedouin who came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):: He did not like to interrupt him (peace and blessings be upon him), and it seems, and Allah knows best, that the hadith is continuous. Riyad as-Salihin 1837: And if a person dislikes the questioner's question, there is no blame on him for not answering him, even if he heard it, because the questioner may not have wisdom and may not have patience, and he asks an inappropriate question, so the one being asked may leave him and not answer.
: This is the answer, meaning when people become corrupt and matters are entrusted to those not qualified for them: the fatwa is entrusted to the ignorant, the leadership is entrusted to the foolish, and administration is entrusted to one who has no knowledge of administration, and so on: : meaning it is entrusted to other than its qualified person, so expect the Hour.
And the summary is: when people become corrupt, expect the Hour, because the Hour will occur upon the worst of creation.
So in this is a warning against the lack of trustworthiness, and that it is obligatory that the qualified be appointed to positions, because this is the requirement of trustworthiness. Yes.
As for the third hadith: it is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed that there are imams, meaning rulers,Sunan ad-Daraqutni 6:46: And although this is about rulers, it also includes the imams, the imams of the mosques, : If they do well in prayer and perform it as it should be, that is for you and for them, Sunan ad-Daraqutni 6:46: meaning you are not responsible for their bad conduct, rather the bad conduct is upon them.
And in this is an indication that it is obligatory to be patient with the rulers even if they do wrong in prayer, or if they do not pray at its time but delay it from the beginning of the time. The obligatory thing is that we do not separate from them, and that we do not oppose them, and that we delay the prayer as they delay it. And in that case, our delaying the prayer from the beginning of its time becomes a delay with an excuse, for the sake of conforming to the congregation and not separating, and it will be for us as if we prayed at the beginning of the time.
And in this is an indication that separating from the people and from the rulers, distancing oneself from them, inciting the people against them, and spreading their bad traits, all of this is contrary to the Islamic religion. The Islamic religion commands good and justice and forbids evil and corruption. Even Allah said:[Al-Ma'idah 5:8] with justice. If you mention a bad trait, mention the good one. As for striving to mention the bad traits and denying the good ones, that is injustice and oppression, and Allah the Exalted does not love oppression, [Al-Ma'idah 5:2] meaning: do not let your hatred of a people, [Al-Ma'idah 5:8].
So these are the ones who pray and delay the prayer from its time; we pray with them. We do not say: By Allah, we do not leave the prayer at the beginning of the time, we pray at the beginning of the time. No, we delay with them and do not oppose them, and we get the reward. And if the delay has a sin, it is upon the ones who delay,.
The fourth? Yes. And the fourth: his hadith is also a hadith of Abu Hurayrah:: And the author (may Allah have mercy on him) explained it that they are a people from the disbelievers who are captured and then submit to Islam, so this captivity becomes a cause for their Islam and their entry into Paradise, and Allah is the One who grants success.
"From Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
"Between the two Blowing of the Trumpet there will be an interval of forty." The people said, "O Abu Hurairah! Do you mean forty days?" He said, "I cannot say anything." They said, "Do you mean forty years?" He said, "I cannot say anything." They said, "Do you mean forty months?" He said, "I cannot say anything. The Prophet added: 'Everything of the human body will perish except the last coccyx bone (end part of the spinal cord), and from that bone Allah will reconstruct the whole body. Then Allah will send down water from the sky and people will grow like green vegetables'."
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him), he said:
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Once the Prophet (ﷺ) was speaking to us when, a bedouin came and asked him: "When will the Last Day be?" The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) continued his talk. Some of those present thought that he had heard him but disliked the interruption and the other said that he had not hear him. When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) concluded his speech he asked, "Where is the one who inquired about the Last Day?" The man replied: "Here I am." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) replied, "When the practice of honouring a trust is lost, expect the Last Day." He asked: "How could it be lost?" He replied, "When the government is entrusted to the undeserving people, then wait for the Last Day." [Al- Bukhari] .
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Your leaders will lead you in Salat (prayer). If they conduct it properly, you and they will be rewarded; but if they make mistakes you will earn the reward and they will be held responsible (for the mistakes).
And from him (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
Allah marvels at those people who enter Jannah in chains.
Its meaning is: They are captured and bound, then they submit to Islam, and they enter Paradise".

And [warn of] the Day the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will be terrified except whom Allah wills. And all will come to Him humbled.
And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.
ونفخ في الصور فصعق من في السماوات ومن في الأرض إلا من شاء الله ثم نفخ فيه أخرى فإذا هم قيام ينظرونand at once they will be standing, looking on.
Glory be to Allah!! A world that no one can count except Allah. Their souls come out from this Trumpet, every soul going to its body which it inhabited in the world, not missing it.
Between them are forty. It was said to Abu Hurayrah: Forty days? He said: I do not know.
They said: Do you mean forty years? He said: I cannot say anything.
They said: Do you mean forty months? He said: I cannot say anything.

As for the second hadith: it is the hadith of the Bedouin who came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
He said: When is the Hour? And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was speaking to his companions, so he continued in his speech.
Some of those present thought that he had heard him but disliked the interruption
And others said: Perhaps he did not hear it. So when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had finished his speech, he said: Where is the questioner? He said: I am, O Messenger of Allah. When is the Hour? He said: When authority is entrusted to those not qualified for it, expect the Hour.
When authority is entrusted
And the summary is: when people become corrupt, expect the Hour, because the Hour will occur upon the worst of creation.
So in this is a warning against the lack of trustworthiness, and that it is obligatory that the qualified be appointed to positions, because this is the requirement of trustworthiness. Yes.
As for the third hadith: it is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed that there are imams, meaning rulers,
They pray for you, so if they do well, it is for you and for them, and if they do wrong, it is for you and upon them.
They pray for you
And if they do wrong, it is for you and upon them
And in this is an indication that it is obligatory to be patient with the rulers even if they do wrong in prayer, or if they do not pray at its time but delay it from the beginning of the time. The Islamic religion commands good and justice and forbids evil and corruption. Even Allah said:
O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice
يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ لِلَّهِ شُهَدَاءَ بِالْقِسْطِdo not let the hatred of a people
ولا يجرمنكم شنآن قومprevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness
So these are the ones who pray and delay the prayer from its time; we pray with them. We do not say: By Allah, we do not leave the prayer at the beginning of the time, we pray at the beginning of the time. No, we delay with them and do not oppose them, and we get the reward. If they are correct, it is for you and for them. If they err, it is for you and upon them.
