Allah the Exalted said:
And seek forgiveness for Your sin

And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance.

And He the Exalted said:
For those who fear Allah will be gardens in the presence of their Lord beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally
[Ali 'Imran 3:15]
, up to His Mighty and Majestic saying:
and those who seek forgiveness in the last hours of the night والمستغفرين بالأسحار

But Allah would not punish them while you, [O Muhammad], are among them, and Allah would not punish them while they seek forgiveness.
[Al-Anfal 8:33]
.
And He the Exalted said:
And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know.

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding what he quoted from Sa'id ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him): That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Sa'eed bin Zaid narrated that the Prophet (S.A.W) said: "Truffles are a form of manna, and its liquid is a cure for the eye." الكمأة من المنّ، وماؤها شفاء للعين
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2067Sahih (Darussalam)
: The truffle is what people know as the "faq'ah." It grows due to heavy rains, especially seasonal rains. It is well-known and delicious in taste. It grows on the ground, and when it grows large, the earth cracks open, allowing people to take it without effort or hardship. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
It is from manna
: Meaning it is from what Allah has bestowed upon His servants with ease and simplicity.
And its water is a cure for the eye
: This means that the water extracted from it, if the eye is afflicted with a disease caused by excess moisture, will cure it by the permission of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). This is because its water is drying; although it is liquid, it is drying in nature, drying out the eye and removing the moisture from it. For this reason, he said:
Its water is a cure for the eye
: Meaning it is not a cure for every disease, but only for diseases whose cause is moisture; it cures them by the permission of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). But how is its water extracted? It was said that it is melted over fire and then squeezed, because when it is melted over fire, it becomes soft and then is squeezed. It was also said that it is cut into small pieces and then squeezed vigorously, and the water comes out of it, though it is little.
