And from him (may Allah be pleased with him) it was said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to order us to marry and forbid us from celibacy with a severe prohibition.

The Shaykh : Then the author said: And from him, meaning from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: Bulugh al-Maram 8:3.
The usuliyyun (scholars of legal theory) say: If "kana" (was) indicates continuity generally when its predicate is a verb, meaning it indicates that its predicate generally continues, but it is not permanent. The evidence that it is not permanent is that some of the Companions say: Bulugh al-Maram 2:424 and others say: If we said that "kana" indicates permanent continuity, there would be a contradiction between the two hadiths. But this indicates that "kana" indicates continuity, what? Generally. Then is this continuous or not continuous? This is taken from another piece of evidence, it is taken from another piece of evidence.
He said: "Al-ba'ah" means marriage, due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan an-Nasa'i 3211Sahih (Darussalam).
Now, the command and the prohibition are opposites, because the command is a request for action, and the prohibition is a request for abstention, so they are contradictory.
And his saying: means severing oneself from marriage; it is forbidden with a severe prohibition, meaning that he emphasizes the prohibition of it.
And he says, in addition to the command to marry:Sunan al-Bayhaqi 10:870 Ahmad and Ibn Hibban narrated it, and it has a corroborating narration, and so on.
The command here is regarding the description of the woman one seeks to marry.
Meaning one who is abundant in affection and shows affection to her husband, because some women show affection to their husband through soft speech, beautifying themselves, and other causes of affection, while some women are the opposite. Some women, when their husband enters and his chest is tight, do what widens his chest so that he is pleased and the tightness of his chest goes away. And some women, when their husband enters and his chest is tight, suppress it in his face, which increases his affliction and badness. The first we call "waddud" (affectionate) and the second "baghdud" (hateful). Yes, the second in reality causes her husband to hate her. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to marry the affectionate. The wisdom of this is not just limiting oneself to marital happiness, but the wisdom of this is: when a person loves his wife, he loves meeting her, and by meeting her, the offspring increases. For this reason, he said after that: meaning: one who is fertile. It is known that people marry virgins and previously married women. A previously married woman is known to be fertile because she has given birth before, for example. A virgin is not known for fertility in herself, but she is known for fertility through her relatives, because inheritance, as it is in the apparent appearance, is also in the inner nature, and so it is in physical characteristics. So if a woman is from a people whose women are known for fertility, she is fertile, even if she is a virgin, considering the state of her close relatives.
And his saying: "Mukathir" means boasting with you before the prophets, who is more, him or the others. It is known that the followers of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) are the most numerous followers, and that no prophet has more followers than him. In the vision shown to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the nations were presented to him, and he saw a prophet with one or two men, and a prophet with no one. A great crowd was raised for him, and he thought it was his ummah, but it was said to him: This is Musa and his people. Then he raised his head, and behold, a great crowd had blocked the horizon, more than the first, and it was said: This is your ummah. And he said: Sahih Muslim 221a, and all the nations are half, and this ummah is half. And he informed that Paradise is one hundred and twenty rows, and that this ummah is eighty rows, so this ummah is the amount of two-thirds. But how can it be the amount of two-thirds? There must be a reason. One of the reasons for that is the increase of offspring in the ummah. So when the offspring increases in the ummah, the ummah increases.
