Ruling on Reciting Something After al-Fatihah in Prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: I am a righteous young man, praise be to Allah, and I have memorized some parts of the Noble Qur'an, but when I stand for prayer, I forget what I had memorized. How can I get rid of this?

Answer:
The obligatory part is al-Fatihah, and the rest is a recommended practice (sunnah). So if the believer has memorized al-Fatihah, praise be to Allah, he should recite it well and recite whatever is easy for him from the Qur'an, whether some verses or some surahs, praise be to Allah. The remedy is to strive in studying, studying what you have memorized, at the appropriate times of the night or day. You ask your Lord for success and assistance, you supplicate to Him (Exalted and Majestic is He), and by this, memorization will be made easy for you (if Allah wills) through two things:
The first thing is to pay attention and study frequently at the appropriate times.
The second thing, which is also the most important, is asking Allah and supplicating to Him to help you, to grant you success, and to protect you from the causes of forgetfulness.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
