The ruling on brothers sitting with their wives in the same gathering

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: He asks your Eminence, may Allah preserve you, and says: What is the ruling on brothers sitting with their wives, whether in the same gathering, where the women are covered, and what is the ruling on uncovering the face?
The answer: There is no harm in that, if everyone sits in the same gathering and their wives are covered, there is no harm in that. Or if some of their relatives who are not mahram (close relatives one may not marry) sit with them, such as cousins, or the wives of the brothers, or some of the neighbors, for the purpose of asking questions, discussing matters, or a specific visit, provided they are covered, there is no harm in that. And it is not permissible for any of them to uncover her face if she is not a mahram to the person. Let her sit and talk or greet, but with covering. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good and do you well.
