How can one be rid of intrusive thoughts regarding ritual purity, ablution, and prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : She asks how one can be rid of intrusive thoughts in ritual purity, in everything, and intrusive thoughts in ablution and prayer?

The Shaykh : Getting rid of that is done by two things:
The first thing: seeking refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan, for Shaytan whispers into the hearts of people and makes them doubt matters of their religion, and even matters other than religion. He dominates the person until the person is always left without certainty about his state, so he seeks refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan.
The second thing: that he turns away from it with his heart and does not pay attention to it, as if it had not happened, and by that this intrusive thought that afflicts many people will be removed from him.
So let him seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan, and let him stop and turn away from this completely, even if it is assumed that a man is anxious in his prayer and says, "Perhaps I missed a rak'ah, or perhaps I did not say the takbir of ihram, or I did not recite al-Fatihah, or something like this," he should not pay any attention to it at all, as if nothing had happened, and at that time it will be removed from him by the permission of Allah.
