A teacher who teaches the Noble Qur'an, and the reason for her teaching is that the school administration nominated her due to the school's great need for teachers, and another who teaches for the sake of money

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says: A teacher teaches the Noble Qur'an, and the reason for her teaching is that the school administration nominated her due to the school's great need for teachers, and another teaches for the sake of money. So they do not have the intention of seeking the Face of Allah, the Exalted, which is what they read and hear about. Will they be rewarded for this intention, or is there a sin upon them?

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment:
It is not impermissible for a person to desire, through teaching the Qur'an, the reward he receives and the job he is nominated for, while being sincere in his intention for Allah the Exalted. Thus, the intention is composed of both this and that. And Allah the Exalted said regarding Hajj:
There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord ليس عليكم جناح أن تبتغوا فضلاً من ربكم
[Al-Baqarah 2:198]
meaning by trade.
So I advise these two women to make the primary purpose the benefit of the students and teaching them the Book of Allah, the Exalted. And this does not cause them to miss out on the reward or on performing what they were nominated for.
