Ruling on specifically reciting the surahs containing prostration in voluntary prayers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner for the program says: Is it better for us to recite the verses and surahs that contain prostration in the voluntary prayers of the day or night? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
It is better to recite whatever is easy for you without specifically choosing the verses that contain prostration. Recite whatever is easy, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do. If you are the imam, recite whatever is easy in the midday, afternoon, sunset, and night prayers. If you are a follower, recite whatever is easy according to the state of the imam. Recite al-Fatihah and whatever is easy with it in the first and second units of the midday prayer, and the first and second units of the afternoon prayer. In the prayers where the recitation is audible, recite only al-Fatihah and listen to your imam. Recite al-Fatihah in the third and fourth units of the night prayer, and in the third and fourth units of the midday and afternoon prayers, and in the third unit of the sunset prayer.
As for the voluntary prayers, recite whatever is easy; do not specifically choose the verses of prostration... prostration of recitation. Recite whatever is easy. If you arrange your recitation from the beginning of the Qur'an to its end, that is the best. Whenever you complete the Qur'an, return to its beginning. Recite whatever is easy in your prayers during the night and day, and recite whatever is easy outside of prayer as well. Whenever you complete the Qur'an, repeat it from the beginning. This is the best. Yes.
