There is nothing wrong with preaching. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) preached at a grave. It is reported from him (peace and blessings be upon him) in the hadith of Ali and the hadith of al-Bara' ibn 'Azib that he preached to the people at a grave while they were waiting. He preached to them and reminded them, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him.
