Q8: Whatis the ruling on someone who says to a preacher, after he has stood up in the mosque intending to preach to the people, "What is the ruling on preventing him from preaching?" ؟
A8: He should not be prevented if he is qualified to preach to the people; rather, one should listen to him and assist him in performing this duty to the best of his ability. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
