Is there a cure for distraction in prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In her question, she says: I hope that Allah the Exalted grants you a complete solution for my state of distraction in prayer. I desire to turn to Allah the Exalted with love and humility, and I look forward to the time of prayer, and I seek refuge in Allah from Satan frequently. However, I become distracted as I mentioned, and I remember the concerns of this world. What should I do? I beg of you, I am suffering greatly, greatly.

Answer:
We advise you to seek refuge in Allah from Satan. When you enter prayer and this distraction occurs to you, meaning this whispering and preoccupation, spit to your left three times, and say: "I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan" three times, and then conclude the prayer, if Allah wills.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered some of the Companions to do this, so he did it. He said:
This matter did not return to meفلم يعد لي هذا الأمر
meaning: he was saved from it, and praise be to Allah. So you must be strong in seeking refuge in Allah from Satan, because this is from Satan, the enemy of Allah. Satan is an enemy to you and to other Muslims. So be strong when you enter prayer; be strong against the enemy of Allah and turn to the prayer. Be present with your heart in the recitation and other matters. If the whispering intensifies for you, intensify your response; spit to your left three times. Even if you are in prayer, turn slightly to the left, spit, and say: "I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan" three times. By this, you will be saved, if Allah wills, and the distraction will not return to you. This is what Uthman ibn Abi al-As al-Thaqafi did by the order of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He said:
And I did not find any evil after thatفما وجدت بعد ذلك شرًا
Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
