Explaining the treatment for the obsessions that Satan stirs up in prayer.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He says: What is the treatment for these obsessions that Satan stirs up in prayer?
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) explained the treatment: a person should spit to his left three times and seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. This is the treatment.
It remains for someone to ask: Does he spit to his left while praying? Does he turn his head?
We say yes, he turns his head, because this turning is for a need, and turning for a need is permissible.
But a second questioner might ask: How do I spit when people are to my left? I am currently with the congregation as a follower; how do I spit?
We say: If you are a follower, do not spit, because you will harm the person to your left, but seek refuge in Allah.

The questioner : Thank you, Your Eminence, and may Allah reward you with good.
