Is it permissible to use lying in calling to Allah if there is a benefit in doing so?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Please, go ahead!
The student : The Shaykh Abu Malik mentioned in today's sermon that lying can be truth!

The Shaykh : Can it be?
The student : It can be truth if it leads to a benefit. So, is it permissible, O Shaykh, to use it in da'wah if the report is not from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) or any of his Companions?

The Shaykh : Is it permissible to use lying in?
The student : In calling to Allah (Mighty and Majestic).

The Shaykh : No, it is not permissible. The original ruling is prohibition; the original ruling is prohibition. One does not resort to lying except when the paths of truth are narrowed for us. I mean, the matter involves neither excess nor deficiency. However, today people have expanded the use of means that were not, of course, known to the righteous Salaf. Among these is that some groups, if not parties, consider lying permissible, even against Muslims, under the claim that the interest of da'wah requires it!
The student : The warhorse of da'wah!

The Shaykh : Huh?
The student : The warhorse of da'wah.

The Shaykh : And on this occasion, I say: so that we do not fall into excess or deficiency, know the saying of the Messenger (peace be upon him), which is considered a summary of eloquent speech:
War is deception الحربُ خِدعة
or deception or a trick. When a Muslim is about to fight a disbeliever, as long as you adopt every means to kill him, do you not adopt a means to deceive him and lie to him?! This is even more so. But to deceive a Muslim and lie to him in order to carry out your own partisanship and your specific strategy against Islamic groups, this is undoubtedly contrary to
And a person continues to lie until he is recorded by Allah as a liar ولا يزال المرء يكذب حتى يكون عند الله أو يُكتب عند الله كذَّابًا
. On the other hand, it is not permissible to absolutely prohibit lying because of this hadith, and the hadith of Umm Kulthum. Who is this one that is in "al-Sahihayn"?
The student : "I did not see the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)..."

The Shaykh : "...make a concession in anything except..."!
The student : "I did not see him make a concession in lying except in three cases."

The Shaykh: Yes!
The student :
In war, a man lies to his wife, a woman lies to her husband, and reconciliation between people في الحرب ، والرجل يكذب على امرأته ، والمرأة تكذب على زوجها ، والإصلاح بين الناس
.

The Shaykh : Yes, even this hadith, even this hadith in which the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted a man to lie to his wife, should not be taken in this absolute sense. Rather, every ruling in the text must be placed in its appropriate context. I mean, if a husband lives with his wife on the basis that the Messenger made a concession for the husband to lie to his wife, marital life between them will not be straight. Rather, this dispensation is for a place where one finds no lawful means except to lie to her, out of fear of falling into a greater harm than the harm of lying to her. I want to say: there are some modern sects today, which are undoubtedly considered a non-Islamic sect, and they are known as the Qadiyyan. These people pretend to be purer than sky water in adopting the morals of Islam, including that they absolutely prohibit lying and obligate truthfulness, even if the killing of a believing soul results from it.
