How to perform dry ablution and prayer for one who has suffered from paralysis

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A very moving letter, Your Eminence, was sent by one of the female listeners. She says: Your sister in Allah (H. A. A.) says about herself: Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. After that: I am a girl who was involved in a car accident four years ago. This accident caused me complete paralysis, except for my arms, which are sound, praise be to Allah. After being injured in this accident, I was praying without performing dry ablution or ablution. I heard from some sisters that I must perform dry ablution, and that I should seek help from a maid or anyone who strikes the earth once, then I wipe my face and hands. I should mention that after the dry ablution, I do not know if the effect of the earth appears on the areas of the dry ablution or not. Also, when I begin to pray at some times, I cannot control myself due to the paralysis, and my state of purity may be broken. I ask Your Eminence to guide me—may Allah reward you with good—and I also ask Your Eminence for good supplications, perhaps Allah will benefit through them.

Answer:
And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. We ask Allah for your healing and well-being. We ask Allah to grant you healing and well-being and to combine for you the reward and the well-being. When you have performed the dry ablution, that is sufficient, even if the effects of the earth do not appear on it. When you strike the earth with your hands, or whoever acts on your behalf strikes the earth by your command and with your intention, and you wipe your face and your hands, that is sufficient, praise be to Allah. Even if you do not know if the effects of the earth appear, the important thing is that the one acting on your behalf, or you yourself, strikes the earth, and then you, or the one acting on your behalf, wipe your face and hands with the intention of purity, praise be to Allah.
As for what concerns the passing of a state of impurity during the prayer, this is detailed: If the state of impurity is constant with you at all times, then its passing after the time of purity does not harm you. But if it is not constant, then whenever it passes, the prayer is invalid, and you must repeat the dry ablution. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
