He has paralysis and cannot control the two passages

The first question of Fatwa number ( 20768 )
Q1: Allah decreed that I fall from a palm tree, and I have suffered from hemiplegia for about five years, and I am unable to control the two passages . I pray lying on my back on the bed, and I perform tayammum with dust, and sometimes I stand on a chair and wash my face and my hands up to the elbows. What is the ruling in this case? May Allah reward you.
A1 : You must perform istinja' and wudu' when you wish to pray after the time has entered, and then pray immediately. If something comes out of you during the prayer, there is no blame on you; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[At-Taghabun 64:16] , and because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the woman with irregular bleeding to perform istinja' and wudu' for every prayer. And if you are unable to perform wudu' with water, then you perform tayammum with dust when you wish to pray.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
