The ruling on one who calls people to Allah while his children do not pray

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A man goes with the Tabligh group, and his children do not pray. He says: What should I do about them? I have already advised them once and twice.

Answer:
He should sit with his children and strive to guide them, and not go out to teach people while leaving those under his care. Those under his care are more urgent. He should take action against them, seeking help from Allah, and then from the committee regarding them, for the committee was established for this purpose.
Q: His going out, may Allah reward you?
A: If the group he is with are people of the Sunnah, there is no harm if his going out does not lead to evil, provided he does not neglect what is obligatory upon him. As for this man, he should not go out; he should strive to guide those with him.
Q: Some say: Am I crazy? Should I inform the committee about my children, or the governor?
A: If he is unable to teach them, this is part of cooperating in righteousness and piety.
Q: He said he is afraid?
A: No, there is no craziness in it. He says: I am unable to manage them, I am unable to manage my children, so help me with them. He says this to the head of the committee, or to some of its members, so that perhaps, if Allah wills, when they come with him, they will behave properly.
Q: Is he sinful for remaining silent about it?
A: That is the apparent ruling.
