From Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz to the Muslim brother who is zealous for his religion and his honor, may Allah preserve him. Amen.
Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings: And after that:
I have read your question, which states that a wife accused her husband of cursing the religion and the Lord, and so on.
And the answer: Cursing the religion and the Lord (Exalted and Majestic is He), all of this is among the greatest types of disbelief, by the consensus of the scholars. As for what concerns its establishment against the man, ruling on him based on it, and separating him from his wife, this is referred to the court.
And I ask Allah to guide everyone to what pleases Him. Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings.
