Ruling on a woman being asked questions from behind a veil

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Our sister is also asking about someone who asks her questions from behind a veil?
Answer: There is nothing wrong with it. It is permissible for her to speak to men from behind a veil while she is covered and wearing a hijab. It is also permissible for her to speak to someone over the telephone, answering whoever calls her, whether he is asking about a need or about her husband, or about any other need. She should answer him with a moderate voice that contains no submission, no coquetry, and no harshness, but rather something in between.
Just as the Exalted and Majestic is He said:
then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech.فَلا تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِي فِي قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا
[Al-Ahzab: 32], meaning: moderate, with no submission, no bad conduct, and no harshness. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
