Who is meant in the saying of Allah the Exalted: (So he called to her from beneath her…)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The listener (M. A. A.) from Al-Aflaj sent a question, saying: Allah the Exalted said:
But he called her from below her, "Do not grieveفَنَادَاهَا مِنْ تَحْتِهَا أَلَّا تَحْزَنِي
[Maryam: 24]. Who is the one calling? Is it 'Isa (peace be upon him)?
Answer: The correct view is that it is 'Isa, yes. So Allah enabled him to speak, and he spoke. Therefore, when they asked her about her matter, she pointed to him, and they said:
How can we speak to one who is in the cradle a child?"كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَنْ كَانَ فِي الْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا
[Maryam: 29]. So he spoke:
[Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allahقَالَ إِنِّي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ
[Maryam: 30]. This indicates that she had known that he would speak while in the cradle, based on his previous words to her:
Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream.أَلَّا تَحْزَنِي قَدْ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحْتَكِ سَرِيًّا
[Maryam: 24].
So the point is that the correct view regarding the verse is that the one speaking from beneath her is 'Isa (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
