The ruling on one who treated his daughter and then left her at home, and she died?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A message was received by the program from Makkah al-Mukarramah, sent by the listener (A. Y. H. J.). His message is lengthy, and he says in it: I have a daughter who is ten months old. She fell ill, and I took her to the hospital. She was in a critical condition, and they ordered her to be hospitalized. I stayed with her, tending to her illness, for the duration of her hospitalization. Praise be to Allah, her condition improved from its initial state, and they discharged us afterward. We went home, but after only two days, the illness returned to her. Everyone who saw her said, "She has such-and-such," and I did not know what to do with her. Then a man saw her and said, "Cauterize her, and if Allah wills, she will recover." I took her to a man who cauterized her, but her illness worsened. Since I had taken her to the hospital and to the cauterizer without any benefit, I relied on the decree of Allah and stayed with her at home. However, the decree of Allah is stronger than everything, and she passed away afterward. I said, "I wish I had not cauterized her. I wish I had taken her to the hospital a second time. I wish, I wish." And I began to suffer and regret. Is there a legal ruling upon me for what I did?
Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
There is no harm upon you, and you are one who strives to do what is right, and there is no blame on you. These are means; going to the hospital and to the cauterizer, all of these are means. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Healing is in three things: cauterization with fire, a cut with a cupping vessel, or a drink of honey. And I do not like to be cauterized.الشفاء في ثلاث: كية نار، أو شرطة محجم، أو شربة عسل، وما أحب أن أكتوي
And in the other wording:
but I forbid my people to cauterizeوأنا أنهى أمتي عن الكي
Mishkat al-Masabih 4516
So cauterization is considered the last resort in medicine when there is a need for it, and you did it when there was a need. If the cauterizer is someone who has experience in knowing cauterization, and that he cauterizes patients, and he strives to do what is right, there is no harm upon you in that, and praise be to Allah. In any case, you are one who strives to do what is right, and nothing is required of you. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
