Ruling on marrying a woman and the daughter of her brother's son

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He also asks: Is it permissible for a man to marry a woman and the daughter of her brother's son?

Answer:
It is established in the two Sahihs from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "He forbade a man from marrying a woman and her paternal aunt, and a woman and her maternal aunt." The scholars explained that a paternal aunt can be close or distant, and the same applies to a maternal aunt. Therefore, a man is not permitted to marry a woman and her brother's daughter, who is her paternal aunt, nor the daughter of her brother's son, who is the paternal aunt of her father, as in this question. Indeed, the paternal aunt of a man is the paternal aunt of his children, no matter how far down the line they are, and likewise, his maternal aunt is the maternal aunt of his children, no matter how far down the line they are.
Therefore, he is not permitted to marry a woman and her brother's daughter, nor the daughter of her brother's daughter, nor the daughter of her brother's son, nor the daughter of her brother's son's son, and so on; because she is the paternal aunt of all of them. Likewise, he is not permitted to marry a woman and her sister's daughter, nor the daughter of her sister's daughter, nor the daughter of her sister's son; because she is the maternal aunt of all of them, no matter how far down the line they are. Yes.
