The ruling on a worker hiding some money to manipulate his employer regarding his rights

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
His last question is very long. He says in it: A merchant offered to work with me in a shop, a grocery store, and we agreed that he would work in the morning and I would work in the evening. He set my daily expenses on the basis that there would be an inventory check every three months. If the business was profitable and there was a surplus for me, I would take it. If the opposite happened, he would reduce my expenses or terminate the contract with me. He says in that message—the message is long, we can summarize it—:
That the shop owner offered this worker to open a display with him, to be shared equally between them, and he wants to take his loss from the display in that proportion. The one who sent us the message says: I am hiding some of the money from him because a friend of mine told me that the shop owner will play games with you and take his loss in the first partnership. So I hid this amount, and I said to myself: I want to know if he wants to play games with me; I will take my money. If he is sincere, I will return this money to him. And indeed, he turned out to want to play games with me; therefore, I did not return this money that I took secretly. Is there anything wrong with this or not?

Answer:
The question is vague and contains some ambiguity, but we will answer it in detail:
If this questioner agreed with the merchant on a known monthly salary, for three months, or less, or more, and then after the period has passed, they look at the grocery store and examine it, if the grocery store is profitable, they renew the contract with him, otherwise not. This meaning is correct.
If he agreed with him on a known salary, for two months, or three, or four, or five, and then they look at the grocery store and settle its accounts, if they see that it is profitable and the work is successful, they renew the contract for him again, for less or more. If they do not see that, he can terminate the contract. This is permissible because there is no excessive uncertainty in it.
As for if his intention is other than that, let him clarify his intention. Yes.
