The ruling on complying with employers who require leaving the congregational prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner says: Regarding the congregational prayer in the mosque, if a person hears the call to prayer but does not go to pray in the mosque because his employers do not give him permission to go, does he commit a sin? And should he continue working with them despite this?

Answer:
He must not agree with them, and he has to make it a condition that he goes to the mosque for prayer. It is not permissible for him to obey them, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Obedience is in matters which are good and universally recognized.إنما الطاعة في المعروف
Sunan Abi Dawud 2625Sahih (Al-Albani)
This is what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Obedience is in matters which are good and universally recognized.إنما الطاعة في المعروف
Sunan Abi Dawud 2625Sahih (Al-Albani)
So he has to make it clear to them that he must go to the mosque and pray with the congregation, whether the job is in the government sector or otherwise. He should know that prayer is obligatory in congregation. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
