In a past year, we performed Hajj as tamattu' pilgrims. In one of the circumambulations, I do not remember exactly whether it was the 'Umrah tawaf, the tawaf of ifadah, or the farewell tawaf, we circumambulated from inside the Hijr out of ignorance that it was not permissible.

We do not remember the number of circuits in which the circumambulation from inside the Hijr took place. We have since performed another Hajj in another year and made up for what happened. What is obligatory upon us regarding what happened in the previous Hajj? May you be rewarded.
