Is it permissible to combine the tawaf of departure and the farewell tawaf?

The questioner : The honorable Shaykh says: I performed Hajj as an ifrad. On the thirteenth day, I performed seven circuits, which was both the tawaf of departure and the farewell tawaf. Does this suffice with the intention, knowing that I am not among those with an excuse?

The Shaykh : Yes. He did not perform the arrival tawaf, so there is no harm. There is no obstacle. Then he delayed the tawaf of departure until his departure, so he performed it upon leaving, and he performed the sa'y, then he traveled. This also has no harm.
