Ruling on one who removes skin scales and blood flows from him while in the state of ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
These are three questions sent by the listening sister (S. M.) from the Noble Makkah. Her first question says: Sometimes, while I am in the state of ihram, I remove skin scales from my body, and some of them bleed. Does this affect the validity of my ihram, or is it obligatory for me to fast or sacrifice?
Please inform us. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
This does not affect it; because the flow of blood from one in the state of ihram does not affect it, even if he undergoes cupping, it does not harm him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) underwent cupping while in the state of ihram. And the flow of some blood from the skin of a woman or a man in the state of ihram is not a problem and does not harm his ihram. Yes.
