Question:
This is a questioner for the program who says: What is the meaning of the Messenger’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying:
Two categories of the people of the Fire whom I have not seen… and among them are: women who are clothed yet naked, inclining and causing others to incline, their heads like the slanted humps of camelsصنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما.. وذكر منهم: نساء كاسيات عاريات مائلات مميلات، رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة
?

Answer:
The scholars interpreted this to mean that they are
Clothedكاسيات
among the blessings of Allah,
Nakedعاريات
a way of giving thanks for them, while others interpreted it to mean that they are
Clothedكاسيات
thin or short garments, leaving them naked; because a short and thin garment is not a covering.
those who swayمائلات
from the truth and from modesty,
causing others to swayمميلات
leading others to corruption and zina. These are threatened with the Fire; these women are threatened with the Fire for this evil deed: being clothed yet naked, clothed in thin or short garments, naked in reality, or clothed in blessings but naked in the gratitude to Allah through sins. That is, their nakedness is their commission of sins, inclining away from the truth and modesty, and inclining others. We ask Allah for safety. Yes.
Their heads are like the slanted humps of camelsرؤوسهن مثل أسنمة البخت المائلة
Sahih Ibn Hibban 64:372
meaning: they enlarge their heads, placing large things on their heads to make them appear larger. Yes.
