The Ruling on Continuous Weeping for the Deceased

Question:
This brother is a Sudanese resident in Saudi Arabia, in Tabuk. He says, “May Your Eminence, the Shaykh, you wrote this question saying: I have a daughter who is six years old, and I loved her and cherished her, and Allah took her from us and she departed from this world—he says—to the abode of the Hereafter last year. He says: I am still weeping for her and lamenting, and her image is with me day and night. What is the ruling on my weeping for her? Since I am attached to her, O Shaykh?”
Answer:
It is obligatory for you to be patient and to ask Allah to replace her with something better. Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said: [Surat al-Zumar: 10]… He, Mighty and Majestic, said: those who, when a calamity strikes them, say, “Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return.” For those are upon them blessings from their Lord and mercy, and it is those who are the guided. [Surat al-Baqarah: 155-157], and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih Muslim 918b.
And when Abu Salama (may Allah be pleased with him) died, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Umm Salama… he ordered her to be patient and seek reward, saying:Bulugh al-Maram 538, and he ordered them to be patient and seek reward.
The believer is patient and seeks reward. As for weeping with tears from the eyes only, it does no harm. As for weeping with a voice, it is not permissible. Lamentation is not permissible. As for mere tears from the eyes, it does no harm. There is no blame in that; tears from the eyes without a voice.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with the best reward for us and for the Muslims.

Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account."
إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍAnd give good tidings to the patient
وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ If any servant (of Allah) who suffers a calamity says:" We belong to Allah and to Him shall we return; O Allah, reward me for my affliction and give me something better than it in exchange for it," ' Allah will give him reward for affliction, and would give him something better than it in exchange.
ما من عبد يصاب بمصيبة يقول: إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، اللهم آجرني في مصيبتي وأخلف لي خيرًا منها، إلا آجره الله في مصيبته وأخلف له خيرًا منهاAnd when Abu Salama (may Allah be pleased with him) died, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Umm Salama… he ordered her to be patient and seek reward, saying:
O Allah! Forgive Abu Salamah, raise his status among (Your) rightly guided servants, make his grave spacious, and fill it with light for him
