Ruling on bringing disbelievers to the Arabian Peninsula for work and other purposes

Question:
Our brother asks and says: I hope you will direct the owners of institutions to increase the number of Muslim workers, because I observe that most of the workers in institutions are non-Muslims, and even non-People of the Book, reaching a percentage of ninety percent.
Answer:
We have previously warned about this on more than one occasion, and that it is obligatory for institutions and companies—and for others who import workers—to import only Muslims, in this peninsula specifically; because this peninsula is the cradle of Islam, the place where the sun of the message rose, and the destination of Muslims, and it contains the two sacred sanctuaries; for this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the expulsion of the polytheists from it, and he advised at his death that they be expelled from this peninsula, whether they were Jews, Christians, pagans, or communists.
All types of disbelievers must be expelled from this peninsula, and no one other than a Muslim should remain in it, and it is forbidden for two religions to coexist in it, so it is not permissible for any religion other than Islam to remain in this peninsula, neither among workers nor among residents; rather, they must be expelled, except for those who enter it for a temporary need: such as postal workers, or a merchant who sells his goods and leaves, and the like, on a temporary basis for a few days.
So institutions, companies, individuals, and the state—may Allah guide it—must concern themselves with this matter, and take hold of people’s hands, and prevent the importation of disbelievers except in cases of extreme necessity for the benefit of Muslims, regarding the state, if some disbelievers are needed for a benefit to Muslims, and no one else is available to perform their work.
As for the general public, it is obligatory to prevent them from importing disbelievers, and that they should import only Muslims: in construction work, and in other works; this is the obligation of all Muslims, and that they act on what their Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) advised regarding the expulsion of disbelievers from this peninsula, and not importing them into it, because of the great harms and serious dangers in their mixing with Muslims.
We ask Allah to guide Muslims to what pleases Him, and to guide the state to implement the commands of Allah and His Messenger in everything, and to help it in that; indeed, He is the best of those asked.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good. I have non-Muslim workers in my institution, and not even from the People of the Book. Whenever I teach them something, they use it against me. Should I refrain from teaching them anything? Is this permissible or forbidden?
The Shaykh: It is obligatory for you not to import disbelievers, and to send them back to their countries, and to terminate their contracts, and not to inform them of anything that harms you. Rather, you should advise them, call them to Islam, and teach them what benefits them. As for teaching them something that harms you, do not teach them anything that harms you; rather, send them away and terminate their contracts, fear Allah, and follow His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.
