Question:
Are there among the pilgrims those who do not find a place in Mina and so camp at the beginning of Muzdalifah?

Answer:
There is no blame on him. One who does not find a place
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[al-Taghābun:16] may stand in Muzdalifah or in al-Aziziyah, and praise be to Allah.
